3601E Dual Head System: Bipolar/FET/Diode

The 3601E model is a lower cost system available in the same high voltage configurations as the Model 3600E.

The two leaded test capability equals the standard Model 3600E with the added capability of testing unique parameters related to SSOVPs, and SIDACs.
