3442E Dual Quad
The 3442E consists of the combination of a 3400E test system with a PC-AT computer and a RS42E Dual Quad test station housed in a single cabinet.
With a 3442E, all standard transistor and diode tests supported by the 3400E can be performed. Additionally, the RS42E provides the capability of testing device packages with up to four devices (or segments) per device package. This includes mixed device types in a single package (for example NPN/PNP devices) or Diode arrays with up to four diodes per package.
