FETservice emerged from the customer demand for continued development, production and servicing of our well-known and reliable test systems.

Our team has over two decades’ experience producing and servicing high-quality test systems for discrete semiconductors.Our systems address a complete range of semiconductor devices including FETs, BiPolar devices, Diodes, SCRs, PUTs, etc. The capabilities of our systems go far beyond testing field effect transistors – most systems are used to test bipolar devices. From diodes and transistors to power converters and switches, FETservice  systems are in continuous use for production, test, inspection, characterization, final test and wafer probing applications.
